I Love Taylor Swift says:

Looks good.

Don’t know whether to buy a Sealey polisher or a Meguiars DA? The scratches
I had removed from my car the other day by a professional (authorised by my
local Mercedes-Benz dealer) used a Sealey politer (not a DA) and it worked
well.

I do like Meguiars, because I use their products on my car.

MrDrthvader says:

funny he said u can finish with a wax on black lol no u cant! you need to
get a polishing compound to get out the control swirl marks you just put
into the paint of your car t get out and then you put a seleant or wax to
protect the paint from the sun and rain these videos don’t teach you
anything on how to do all the steps to get your car looking great!!!

Ivyn Taasin says:

not convinced. couldn’t really see the actual finish with the angle the
cameraman was at and the lighting.

6191904life says:

Cool, I have used this and it does work. It works best with a power tool
cheap at harbor freight. I just need to find a good spot where I can hang
my light in a dark place to really see the swirls good.

Sue K says:

Which pad was this guy using? I have used it and it does work. READ THE
INSTRUCTIONS.

SP330Y says:

This video is not a true comparison of before and after. The cameraman
films the right hand side of the paint very clearly with swirls and webbing
but does NOT zoom in or go to the left hand side to show any scrathes,
swirls or webbing, so how do we know they were there in the first place? So
why didnt they do that?, maybe it doesnt work that good or that quick,im
not a hater i just wish people would show both sides so you can clearly see
the difference for themselves.

Gregory Woodward says:

Is the only suggestion to repaint the car or area that you have bad swirl
marks? I don’t want the swirl marks to show up ever again unless normal
wear happens. See I was testing different products on my hood and I used
this Turtle Wax Polishing Compound and was stupid enough to not notice it
was for one old and two I didn’t apply it with a damp cloth so my hood is
fkd. Lemme know what you suggest and stop callin people “idiots” jeez lol.

soccamydream says:

u can see it on the other light

Hassan Mohammad says:

can this be applied by hand?

Alex palmgardner says:

Yes,you can do that. I would recommend clay bar then wax.

mnmpoko says:

The order is: wash, clay, the ultimate compound, polish, wax.

DIY How To Paint A Car School says:

@SP330Y I am not a professional video tech. I just use my flip camera when
I was at SEMA. I thought it was cool so I shot a clip to share with
youtube. I appeared to work good looking at it live with my eyes. Thanks
for watching!

manwithbrains says:

Great vid. Simple demo. People have to really concentrate when watching
anything today. The video does show huge. Improvement in side be side
comparison. Thx.

Paul Son says:

I LOVE MEGUIAR’S! :3 So good. I need a buffer machine =( $150 sad day no
monies

DIY How To Paint A Car School says:

Thanks for watching!

DIY How To Paint A Car School says:

@FloydRoseDiscovery I agree, their products are excellent. Thanks for
watching and providing feedback!

theRDRmanReviews says:

how does the flip over technique work you keep one side for breaking the
wax surface and the other side is for taking it all off?

Jorge Tinoco says:

Hey man, what is the name of the product you use?

Watto says:

Hobby polish system

Z Savage says:

so after clay bar it is best to compound then following compound you should
wax the car?

jettastreetracer says:

Wait….I was told to forms of polishes….a true cut polish has no filler
and actually removes swirls.

nebojsa trivanovic says:

polish after then use sealant and/or wax

Japplesnap says:

Which pad was used in the video? I thought the black pads were supposed to
be used with Ultimate Compound and the yellow pads are for waxing?

shawn10280 says:

@2323plug EXACTLY

mikeonePL says:

Thanks. 🙂

xsmokedoutx says:

I tried their ultimate compound with a buffer and that stuff is the best i
have ever used…great products

BMWM52B28 says:

@Mr98supra Yes, it can be applied both by hand or by a DA machine, but the
best result will be when applied by a machine.

badgern100 says:

I bought some of their canuba quick polish, it was crap, left all sorts of
swirls and a greasy surface. Had to redo it with turtle wax.

0123mala says:

When should I apply the ultimate compound showed in the the video ? after
claying,polishing ? and before wax ?
