My Q60 revs up to 8000 rpm and I'm running stock plugs right now

John Stewart says:

Just done mine this morning. Second time on this car – much easier than the first time but thanks to the Italian designers that made the plugs so inaccessible. Good feeling though. Track rod ends next – maybe tomorrow with a NY day hangover!

Steven Ocon says:

Bro that is one sick ass ride I can just imagine how much u pay for full coverage if I pay 1200 a month for my 2010 cl63 amg I should have just bought the 09 Lamborghini supperlagera

Andre Nickell says:

By the way, regarding an earlier video of yours in which you received a citation for having your REAR wheels on the stop line, the cop was right.

Ghost Time says:

Great DIY video keep up the good work!

Dance4lifeGBR says:

Do you have any idea why the scrolls were all rusted?

Ian Taylor says:

Every time I change spark plugs I spray a light breeze of air down the spark plug hole way before removing it so no dust or dirt falls in the engine after taking the plug out. Just a recommendation. Not a necessity.

Aaron Swaim says:

How many miles on it

2JZ Gang says:

Should be sleeping and getting rested for work in a couple hours, but instead somehow ended up learning how to do spark plugs in a Ferrari. Thank you

Hugo says:

You need magnetic tools. Makes like easier

honda NSX says:

The s2000 revs to 9k and has the same compression ratio but the spark plugs need to be changed every 100k miles

509critic says:

My bmw m3’s v8 Revs to 8400 rpm, should I be changing them that often too?

exoduslnx says:

i got the SMA reference 😉

jason martinez says:

My ae86 revs to 8200 rpms and compression is 12:1

Jetco Torque Tools from California makes excellent ED Series Electronic Torque Wrenches.
Best model for your spark plug job would be : ED-250i.
Length is 11" and torque range is : 2.8-28 Nm or 2.1-21 ft.lb. .
Accuracy is : +/-1%. Drive size is : 3/8". They used to be sold under Proto brand name.
I hope you don't mind my suggestion. I just purchased two wrenches from them.Model is Revo but one of the wrenches with same range is 14" long.

Broj 1 says:

8:27,Did you said that you put tiny bit of dielectric grease on electrode?
Dielectric grease is insulator. Dielectric grease should be used only to coat thin layer inside of spark plug boots and ceramic part of plug.
Dielectric grease provides high temperature lubrication on rubber, plastic and ceramic.

Broj 1 says:

7:38,Spark plugs are barely tight?
I can't believe that specified torque is 10 Newton Meters (7.4 Foot -Pounds).
Specified torque for my Toyota Corolla is 24 Newton Meters (18 Foot -Pounds).

Kevin Gill says:

The beautiful part of your videos is you working on a damn Ferrari a 300 thousand-dollar car and you making it look like you working on a Chevy so effortlessly cant wait to get my ferrari I'm looking as we speak.

Aron Air says:

I thought they were called feeler guages? Or are they just called different stuff

Brad Moore says:

The newest mustang gt 350 with the flat plane crank revs that high and it has high compression, no way they need to be replaced that frequently, iridium plugs will easily go 50k or more. Ferrari has you bamboozled if you think you have to replace them that often.

SwagPKVids says:

I dig that LINUX license plate.

I'm in that segment of the industry as well.

Josh Garcia says:

4:22 my life in 2 seconds

Richard Hoff says:

I just noticed your Michigan Linux license plate on the wall. Are you a Linux user? I'm a Linux sysadmin with a baby Ferrari (Alfa 4c). Finny thing is, I live in PA but flew to Austin to buy the Alfa as it was hard finding my spec.
