Excellent content, as always! I'm anxious to learn how to weld too!

Ned Kline says:

FixDriveRideFly says:

Dude please use better safety gear when angle grinding, things can go wrong very quick. I got off lightly last week, very close to a hospital visit. Check out the end of my vid.

Lyfan Deth says:

I really really prefer older csrs without expensive ABS systems, stability control, torque vectoring with the brakes, and so many delicate computers and sensor$. But rust, extensive hidden rust….UGH.

Lyfan Deth says:

Hobby grade CO2 may be contaminated by oil, which is a plus for airsoft guns, but not goodgor foods or welding. Your supplier can tell you the grade they are using.

augnkn93043 says:

Nice job.

How did you go about sourcing the metal? did you measure up and then go to your local supplier? what type of steel did you as for?

Mark Chippendale says:

I looked on Stahlwerks' website for that magnetic wrist strap but couldn't find it. Can you give me a link as it looks like a fantastic present for any mechanic, family or friend!

Billy Lake says:

Tig welding beads are stronger I believe.

Ashter Fadgadget says:

Your neighbours must love you!

virgil rytaar says:

Dinitrol EVERYWHERE once it's all done

andrew cordery says:

Por-15 is really good stuff, so should keep that new metal rust free
Just slightly concerned {constructive criticism) with the bench grinder loose on the floor and wearing gloves, it only needed to tip forwards and it would have pulled your fingers into it,
Other than that a good job done

Mikes Mercs and other cars says:

Hi – can you tell me whether that welder worked ok from a standard 13amp socket? What is the name of the place you did your welding night school? I need to learn to weld to save an SL but have no power on my garage….only the new ecoflow delta power pack.

Neil Bennet says:

If you did all of this in one day outside, I am very impressed, super impressed
