A common defect on the Ferrari 458 is broken accessory straps in the luggage compartment.
The straps are riveted into position and replacement requires releasing the tub from the sub-frame.
The job can be completed with basic tools and replacement parts are available from Ferrari. I’ve had great experience ordering from Eurospares.com (they have not sponsored this video).
