Couple things on the 328: the door handles and dash are actually black vinyl with foam. If you look at a tan interior car it’s easier to tell, because anything tan is leather, anything black is vinyl (other than the steering wheel). A few cars got optioned with full leather, but it’s very rare. In 17 years I’ve only seen a couple. As an early car yours will likely have leather door pockets, the newer cars got vinyl (at least in the US, but I think everywhere).

The window switches, as you mentioned, can be finicky, but generally just need to be opened up and cleaned. They’re physical contact switches like a light switch. Very easy, just takes a few minutes.

I agree! The leather is one of the most beautiful features of these great gems! I love your tan, especially, the Miami Vice color 🙂 Great techniques to save it, my man!! Garage time with you once again is a pleasure to learn and enjoy!

Great Video! One of the best parts of climbing into a classic Ferrari is the Intoxicating Aroma of the Leather. it's like nothing else. Thanks for the good information.
