I did a DIY for the rear badges. Thought this might be helpful for the hood emblem, if only even for tagging purposes.

I got the idea but there certainly are some steps I’d do more gently and more carefully.

Be careful as you put the new badge onto the car not to use too much force in small areas. I have dented my badge by putting it on with too much force in one spot and now need to get another… Press where the studs are and should be all good!
