MrSoiSauce says:

2:30 that’s a problem for the executives at Ferrari, not Mattia Binotto or his replacement

Banyo says:

For me:
1. I need Charles to trust his instincts and speak up more when calls are s–t. We see this in Carlos and it's paid off.
2. I don't give much lip service to arm chair critics who think they know strategy, but when 12 year olds doing F1 reviews can easily see Ferrari were on the wrong tire or should have pitted at this time or that time, that's a major red flag because you're paying the biggest and presumably brightest statistical analytical eggheads to make these calls, and if they can't do it with any sort of consistency on even a basic level, get them out and get people in who can.
3. Fred: stop Binotto's hug it out policy and treat the team like adults capable of hearing bad news and winning if a bit of pressure is applied to them in a constructive way. Yes it is your fault if you sucked and your call ruined the race, but don't just say we're going to learn from it…do and apply it to the next race going forward!
4. Carlos for sure needs to treat the season as being on trial every race. You can't say things like I'm better last half of my seasons because a season starts day 1. It's cumulative and there is no longer the excuse of brand new regs growing pains or new team growing pains going into '23. He's got to adapt and hit the ground running.
5. Charles goal should be converting those poles to wins. Clearly he knows how to handle the car and push the limits, but now it's about conversion to success and not making silly mistakes because he's got it in him to be a champ.

Hersencell says:

The Ferrari actually is a low drag design.

They got hit gard by the TD because they couldn’t run low enough to the ground. So they had to run a higher wing or else the tire wear would be ridiculous.

Schalk Burger says:

I wish way more commentators of this great sport can support the entire grid (as you do), and not only single person/team combinations as has become such an unfortunate norm. this sport deserves the total supporter. theres no problem with having your favourite….but back the whole grid and everyone thats good for the sport…and Ferrari is critical to F1. I love Max, I love Charles and Carlos, I think the 3 young Brits (yes, Alex is a Brit) are awesome, Mick is a loss for me as is Danny Ric…this sport is so much better when you look and appreciate at them all rather than just a single team and initial.

MadF00bar says:

I would add:
6. To be left alone and trusted to do their jobs.
I have the feeling that second guessing and meddling by Senior Ferrari management was behind the frequent indecision that plagued them last year.
In other news I rather liked your on screen signature at the start of the video, that is a keeper!

KDM says:

Great job, would u do this for all the teams on the grid?

Declan says:

I don’t feel that sainz being on top of the car when they turned the engine down by 30hp is as impressive as people are saying, fact is they turned the car down made it more stable , he never got on top of it when it was at 100% on the edge

Arlo says:

If Sainz would shave his arms he'd lose 5 kilos and pick up two-tenths!

Albert Howard says:

Almost seemed there was no word in Italian for strategy last season.
