When I put the key in the ignition and turned nothing happened. There was
no resistant like it should be when turning the key. There was no clicking
or indication of the key being in the ignition.

It’s an ignition switch actuator pin. You can get it at Bennett auto
supplies. Although it might need to be ordered from the main warehouse.

Thx bro this seriously showed me the magic behind the trick! I had mine out
in 30 minutes! My part is ordered and hopefully will be here in a few more
days! Pin was broke at 98,000 miles… Def was my issue and these vids u
did bro made it simple… Thx again 4real!

Got a question what was wrong with it that made you replace the pin? Mines
dont turn to start but it will turn to on. Like something is stuck in the
cylinder.. So i installed a temp push button start.
