Thanks for this, I watched your excellent video once, then went out and changed my radiator. You didn’t miss a thing!

RSpi007 says:

Sounds like you may have removed a wrong hose or damaged something connected to the ac system. Maybe the AC condensor.

Terry Hanabarger says:

8/8 followed your instruction, right on, have one problem, when removing the bottom hose, a large cloud of vapor and hissed for about 15 minutes, what should I look for any ideas, thanks

RSpi007 says:

Not at this time. If I see one soon I’ll let you know.

J Smith says:

Okay the radiator was easy. Now I need to replace the AC Compressor in my 2005 Dodge Caravan. Do you have any pointers on this that may be helpful to me? I never replaced one before. Do you have a video on how to?

RSpi007 says:

Ok, Just allow yourself enough time so you won’t have to rush.

rieol says:

Thanks Rob,
I will go ahead and purchase a new radiator for my 05 Grand Caravan and then try to install it… Will tell you how it went!

RSpi007 says:

Most are the same. Hope it works out good for you.

J Smith says:

You made it look easy. I’ve never took a radiator out of a 2005 Dodge Caravan but even though yours is a diffrent year they seem to be similar. I should be a peice of cake. You showed me some very good pointers and tips, Great video you posted. Now it’s my turn to do the job on mine. your video sure will come in handy. Wish me luck. Thanks

RSpi007 says:

You are welcome, glad it helped.

Kyle Jaeger says:

Thanks. I was having a hard time understanding what my manual was talking about, and you made it a lot easier to switch out my radiator.

RSpi007 says:

About 2 hours. Including learning and video.
