William says:

I'm NOT a mechanic by any means. After watching this video and feeling comfortable I wanted to replace my shocks with a upgrade, upgrated wheel bearing, upgrading rotors. That was my plan.
I followed
this video step-by-step. I was able to replace everything mentioned except for the shocks. The top nut on the shocks is spinning. This means that I will have to air chisel them off. They actually have a video that shows how to chisel them off.
Thanks for the video. My next project is upper and lower ball joints and control arm. Thanks for having a video of that

William says:

Your videos are the best. You make it look like I could actually do some of the work that I need done to my truck

Trapp says:

Mine is a flat oval shape. No lug nut. How do I remove it?

Tammy Kossifos says:

Don't forget to lube the caliper slide pins if they don't slide freely in order to prevent the caliper from binding and causing uneven pad and rotor wear

Bob Soft says:

This applies to a 2WD Dakota 2002 and older. Different brakes on 03-04 and different hubs on 4×4

Jeffrey Moore says:

Finally after about 50 videos, a mechanic who shows the actual removal of the hub… and as rusted as it was it look relatively easy…looks like must people are having all their troubles with the rotor?

Off grid trucker says:

A mechanic wanted to charge me over $600 to do this. I think I’ll do it myself.

Wayne Altizer says:

video should say 2 wheel drive kinda deceptive

yougoog1 says:

What is the type of the grease that was applied on the axle shaft?

yougoog1 says:

What is the hex size of the lug nut? Is it 21mm, or 19mm (equivalent to 3/4 inch)? Would it be possible the size could be different depending on an individual truck?

zero starfree says:
