My problem is that I have no control over which vent the air comes out. It just comes out of all vents. There's no heat at all. The light for my ac doesn't turn on and also doesn't work. My speedo went out and 3 lights came on my dash. Check engine. Brake. Abs. All of this happened at the exact same time. My truck is an 04 ram 5.7. I have replaced rear speed sensor. Checked fuses. Checked wires under distribution center and still no luck. Any ideas?
Thank you,, Worked like a charm. 10 minute install even for this old geezer. 😉
When I pulled my resistor, old leaves and some gunk came out. The resistor was a little wet and it had a crack running across the bottom. Probably 2/3 cup of leaves and stuff total.
just replaced my blower motor and resistor and fan still won't blow. It had only been working on two speeds for months then finally dies altogether. I thought it was the reistor so changed that first then motor but neither fixed problem.. Any thoughts??
Thanks… I found you after watching another guy solving the resistor issue. I pulled mine, cleaned off a little corrosion, blew out a couple ceramic chips and now all is working.
This worked so great ?
If the resistor failed would that cause the blower not to work at all? My blower starts is working after about 10 mins of driver time.
thanks I needed the video to clear mouse nest.
