easy repair, get a seat foam from junkyard and swap out foam for cheap.

My dad worked up on the north slope of Alaska in the 80's. They run the trucks all night to keep them from seizing / freezing due to the extreme temps in winter. He "hopped" up into a truck and landed on a frozen seat pad… A lesson you learn once!
