hi 1aauto: would you be able to upload a video with step by step
instructions on how to remove the entire dash for dodge neon 2001. or the
same model that u have in this video. thanks in advance.
We currently do not have an auto repair video for this particular repair.
I do understand you do not currently have a video for what I requested but
would you be able to in due course of time. thanks in advance
@Clos8834 I do not think anyone sells just the taillight lens.
Can i just get a new tail light cover for my 2001 F250? The blinkers and
lights all still work fine so I was wondering if i could just get a cover
and replace that or do i have to replace the whole light.
Thank you for creating and sharing this!
I notice that the bolts are made of plastic. Any advise on how to remove
them properly and replace it with a metal one. please advise on some spec
for the selection of the nut. thanks in advance.
Since they’re out of the weather and in the truck, you should be able to
use what the factory has in place to fasten them.
That job is pretty involved. YouTube only allows for a certain amount to
time to shoot a video. Most dash removals can take over 8 hours to perform.
There are usually a lot of screws and things that need to be removed to do
the job properly.
I truly appreciate the time you take to reply to ur fans here. Not many do
that. It is hard to find many videos for this model of the car and being
from Australia I was hoping if you could post this video in the future even
as few parts. I am sure it would be very helpful to a lot more Neon fans.
Thank you! Saved me time and money 🙂
thanks so much
Great video. I have the same year make model here. Thanks a bunch.
Thanks I have to do this tomorrow! Glad I stopped by!
Neons are real bad about water leaking in around the tail light gaskets. If
your trunk fills with water, remove the tail lights and put a good bead of
silicone or other sealant on both sides of the gasket. New gaskets are
about $8.00 each.
You’re welcome.
