Just replaced park-brake shoes on my 2004 RAM 1500. They are exactly the same as depicted in this video. One word of caution: technician is installing brakes on PS of this truck. When servicing the DS, brake assembly is flipped upside down, so the half-moon and slot end of the brake shoes will install on the bottom, also the long end of both longer springs and the star nut on adjuster will face to rear of truck rather than front.
Is this the same setup of a 2002 dodge ram 1500 4×4? i just went to change my rotors and calipers and the parking brake was toast when i got the rotor off. no pad left its just all metal. can you please reply i've never done a parking brake before. need to know if i can follow the guide on this video. Thanks
