Do you have a video for the outside handle same make model
@1aauto I have looked at the hinges and they seem fine, I just replaced the
actuator and that didn’t work. It does seem to be sagging a lil bit but
maybe 1/32″. Also could it be….where the 3 torx go into the actuator? the
bottom right has the metal split to the right of the torx screw.
do you guys know how to fix the latch in same truck? It flipped around and
doesn’t line up with the latch bar. any ideas how to turn it around? I
removed the torx’s around the latch area and can move it a little bit but
is is stuck
@Davoli83 You may want to check the door to see if it’s sagging, or if the
door hinge pins are worn, that could cause a latching issue too.
@Davoli83 You would need to make sure that the latch inside of the door is
lined up like it was from the factory. If the metal clasps are closed shut,
you can lift up on the outside door handle and pry them free with a flat
head screwdriver.
