The connection on the circuit board is dirty use isopropyl alcohol and a q tip to clean it bruh

I have a 2014 Ram Laramie 2500 and lights for the mirror adjustment on the door panel don’t light up anymore on those switches. Did you see bulbs in there that are replaceable or is that somehow part of the circuit board?
