the video says to disconnect the connections along with connecting battery cables to do hard reset, but I saw a response to the question about whether to remove TIPM to reset and response was no, so which is it?

hi guys i have a chrysler neon 2.0lt 16valve, itcranks and wont start, when i unplug the cam sensor then it wants to start and has spark. plug cam sensor back on and there is no spark just cranking.

timing is 100%, signal and voltages checked all in order.

I replaced tipm I have 2010 challenger still doesn't start plastic clips were broke that are on connectors but are plugged in good please help don't have $ to take to dealer I'm stuck

Worked just as you explained. Vehicle started right up after unplugging rebuilt TIPM and replugging after discharging capacitors. Thank you
