This video will show you how to install your GlowShift 7 Color Series Diesel Gauge Set into a 2003-2009 Dodge Ram Cummins 24 Valve diesel truck. The gauges that will be installed in this video are a 60 PSI Boost Gauge, 1500 Degree EGT Pyrometer Gauge, as well as a Transmission Temperature Gauge. I have a 3-gauge pillar and have everything dry fitted, but the wire for the dimmer function. 2 of the 3 after they cycle through start flashing, while the other doesn’t. Any ideas what would cause this? Truck is an 03 cummins 24-vavlve
This has to be the most appropriately made and direct tech guide I've ever seen….
I am soon buying a pillar package from you guys, 4th truck I've gauged up from you guys so i know what to expect, but I never saw this before….THIS is great post-purchase customer service.
Is there a way I can get a list of everything used and installed in this video?
I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 the pillar is it a slip on or does it replace factory pillar?
How do u set the memory? Mine always go back to stock blue.
what about the shavings that fall into the turbo flange? don't think a shop vac can reach that
what color is that 3 gauge pod? and do you make one in that color in a 4 gauge pod?
Drilling and taping for egt, I found greasing the drill bit and tap catches metal shavings
the boost gauge i got does not have a tube. why? im old schools so i expected a tube for it.
do the led back light always have to be one or can the be hooked up to a dimmer/switch?
I have the same exact true and glow kit , and for some reason every time I hit a bump or something me gauges turn off and then back on for some reason. What could it be?
how come the boost gauge turns on before the others when the key is switched and the needle doesn't move?
I have a 2008 hemi, and was wondering if I did a 3 gauge install consisting of oil temp, trans temp, and a let's say air fuel ratio, or vacuum pressure gauge, would everything work?
can i just order the wiring kit. i bought a truck with the gauges and pillar mount but the adapters and fittings are gone. all i want is the wiring kit and the fittings.
does the 3 gauge wiring kit only work with those three gauges? say i am not using a trans temp gauge, i can still use the 3 gauge wiring kit, correct?
wouldn't it be smarter and safer to take the exhaust manifold off when you are drilling into the manifold so any of those shavings dont fall into the turbo and destroy it?
