my bolt won't come out. The nut that's in the body just spins …any ideas how to get a hold of it to stop it from spinning?

Mine just broke but the very top broke off completely like a 1/4 inch from the top piece like a disc, do you think I will be able to fix it the same as you did? just putting the top back on with gorilla glue and a clamp?
