I did end up finding my problem I found that at some point someone changed the plugs going to the transmission and in the process of it they crossed the purple and brown wires and that fixed that problem

Hey man my 01 24V has dead pedal every so often for a couple seconds with TPS CEL codes. Also the gauge cluster will go out and come on when it wants with “No Bus” on the screen. Would you say PCM for this issue? Or are they not related? Not sure tbh thanks lol

James A Borden says:

Did this effect your transmission shifting because I just changed my transmission and the new transmission is basically doing the same thing as my old transmission not shifting it stays in 3 gear it has a tps code also. I just got this truck and it came with the problem’s so I’m fixing them as I find them. So any good advice would be appreciated think’s
