What would cause lots of Shaking in the front end of the car on a 1999 Dodge Neon when going about 55 to 63 mph.
I’ve Changed the Rotors, Calipers, Brake Pads [just Sayin’].
Please give me all suggestions please?
If u have old ball bearings does it make ur wheels make a squeaking sound even if I don’t I apply the brakes? My camaro makes noise when driving slow.
Thanks… excellent step by step video.
Yes it should be the same
is that the sam set up as the SRT4?
I might have to do this to my SRT4 dodge neon grr…would it make a clicking noise wen turning or cv axle
isnt the outer race the part thats stuck in the knuckle i thought u were doing the inner i have a 97 neon the balls and inner race falls out but the outer stays stuck in the bearing can i get that out with a 3gear jaw puller?
Thanks for the pointers. Bought the daughter a 98 for her first car to practice on and the bearings went out 2 days ago. Got some time to work on it, received advice to take out whole spindle but saw your video and said HEY! Soo much easier! At least to me. Thanks for the extra time to admire my handiwork with a beer!
Great video thanks from Canada.
But also remember that when you remove the bolts from the struts you have to mark their placement first so that you don’t affect wheel alignment after U put it all back together.
good video
Oh.. I didn’t know that. That’s a relief haha
Take it to a napa store or most of the larger auto stores that have a machine shop. they can do all this for you for around 20-30
As far as I know it’s the same setup on all neons
Holy crap… tell me this is a lot more difficult than the 2004 Dodge Neon. <_<;
thanks for the comment
This video is by far one of the best Thanks
Well Done! I enjoyed the video, keep up the good work!
