Thanks for video. Great online written instructions including good pictures. Very thorough. Received my order quickly, but I believe my (NOT Grand) Caravan should have been 60 inches wide, not 54 inches. It is short at the rear ‘wings’. Have sent you an email.
Regardless of width, I still can’t see how to get fabric into the deeper coat hook indentations without wrinkling the fabric somewhere outside of the indentations. Would love to hear anybody’s experience with this.
i take it this video is how to remove and then put a new headliner you sell but the trick is you don’t show how to clean up the old foam from the liner base (chemicals? scrubbing?) the old foam used to pad the fabric is the biggest pain in the butt to clean and that is why the video is somewhat lacking in value for that purpose, it is a dismantling and reattaching video not a repair video, well done btw but f limited usefulness
Just removed on 2002 Grand Caravan. Here are some notes.
1. Remove sun visors & hooks
2. Remove clothes hooks
3. Remove all upper seat belt bolts
4. Remove dome lights (pop out lens then slide out and disconnect)
5. Remove one screw in overhead console
6. Pull down all rubber edge seals
7. Pull down all post and rear trim
8. Remove 4 large retaining discs along center (tough)
9. Remove retaining discs at rear door.
10. At back of van, pull on right rear air duct
11. Remove
ass hole
I agree with most of the other reviewers. This video does have detailed instructions on the removal of the headliner panel and its reinstallation but doesn’t cover the actual repair of the headliner itself. The video would be better titled, “Removing and Replacing Dodge Caravan Headliner Panel.”

I don’t know how s/he could’ve been any more clearer…we have a step-by-step, a to z, beginning to end walkthrough of all you need to do.
ummm..so you took it out, cleaned and then you were screwing pieces back in…pics of the redoing the headliner would have been helpful
