Dakota 3 times already which does not offer as much space to work on as

I replaced my bypass hose three times which fortunately for me, balanced
out over the total mileage I have. 140,K and still going strong! The first
time was for a cam install and changing out the barrel intake mani for an
M1 2 Barrel mani. The second time was for a H2O pump & timing chain
replacement. This last time was just to change out all the hoses for
maintenance. Thats heater hoses, radiator top n Bottom, and the bypass. If
u have to remove the accesories for any reason, its a good time

That’s a good review, I wish I had seen it before I replaced my bypass hose
a few years ago (leaking but no air reflux at that time). I left the AC
compressor on the bracket so I didn’t have the room you had to do the job
— it looks to me like your way is better. I did take off the fan and
shroud for better front access. Those bypass hoses get a lot of heat so
it’s no surprise they need to be replaced with time.
