The picture on the last page of that page you attached…..if your speaking
of those fasteners then those are found on the inside door panels. They
come in black and also colored matched to the door panel colors. They are
interior fasteners. The factory original (unless replaced by someone else)
are of the style I showed in my video.

Those fasteners have that little center push pin in the middle that your
suppose to press in gently and it will dissengage them easily…….
