2005 Dodge Dakota 4.7L A/C Inop. – P0533 Pressure Sensor Circuit High

This truck was brought in with an A/C concern. It has already been to a couple shops. The customer has has been repairing it himself and throwing parts at it ss well..Including a junkyard compressor. In this video I diagnose this multiple problem A/C system concern. It can be extremely difficult, troubleshooting an issue that’s already had had parts swapped, codes cleared and skewed data..Has the original problem been fixed and new ones inadvertently created? What will we find?

Great job, Thanks for sharing! I would highly recommend you check out the AES wave uTest terminal kit, it makes front probing connectors a breeze!

I gave you a like to make it 10. It's too bad that you didn't get the repair. I find it's usually better to let these types of customers walk.

I remember once I saw a guy unplug the harness from the switch and submerged the harness into a bag of water. To keep the AC on. I asked how come he did that? And he explained and it made a lot of sense. Crazy buy made sensor. It was a three pin. Was amazed by his thought process until he could get a sensor.simple testing but effective. Thanks Max. Keep pushing bro
