This video shows you how to install a thermostat housing on your 2007-2010 Chrysler Sebring (2.4L). The thermostat controls the flow of coolant in your vehicle’s engine. When a thermostat fails, it can lead to overheating, which will damage the engine. One sign of a faulty thermostat is a cool upper radiator hose when the engine is at full operating temperature. It’s important to replace the thermostat immediately if you suspect it is failing.

This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
2007 Chrysler Sebring
2008 Chrysler Sebring
2009 Chrysler Sebring
2010 Chrysler Sebring

What temperature is the lower thermostat

NextLevelNick says:

So the 2007 Chrysler Sebring 2.4 L actually has two thermostats along with that sensor in the thermostat housing. When I put in the new thermostat housing do I keep both old thermostats if they're working and put them into that new housing when I install it, or does the new thermostat housing part come with both new thermostats? Thanks

How did everything work out? Thanks for the video too

Jeff w says:

Just curious, why did you replace the thermostat housing, and not just replace with new gaskets and o-rings. Thanks for the video.
