would I need to do any other steps when installing a auxiliary cable such as a PAC-audio?

Jesse Bastardo says:

I’m thinking of some type of splitter? but what kind, brand or type and were could i get such if needed?

Jesse Bastardo says:

I purchased the rear camera kit on Ebay! the instructions are simple to understand but it has a plug that you use to for the Navigation/GPS system. where would i connect that plug to use the stereo “Monitor”?

Jesse Bastardo says:

Would like to know if you know how to connect a rear camera system: “Sony Chip CCD NTSC Car Guidelines Reversing Camera Fit for 05-2006 Chrysler 300C”. What i need to know is how to connect the camera cable to the navigation unit of the car. I saw how you removed the radio, but do i have to have a splitter cable for the rear camera to connect to the radio?

Thanks for the fast reply. Do you have a link or two for Dvd/Nav? I was thinking about buying a China Nav thats compatible with the 300. The cost is 339$ plus shipping.

HiTechElectronic says:

Yes, they do and I would recommend to buy a brand name such as Alpine, Pioneer or Kenwood.

Keithsmooth82 says:

Im thinking about buying a third part DVD NAV. My question is do they usally come with GPS antenna?

westphilly nell says:

did you ever get that fixed

HiTechElectronic says:

No, you do not have to disconnect the battery.

fireballs450 says:

I am assuming you disconnect the battery before disconnecting/connecting units, right?

FAMILY TIEZ DOGGHOUSE says:

This should be the same process for the 2006 dodge charger R/T right? My 6 disc changer won’t play cds. Its says disc error. tried cleaning the lense but it won’t even read that disc. is this something that can be repaired?

HiTechElectronic says:

This unit is a CD changer, radio and navigation.

Monica Campbell says:

were is the 6 cd changer located at

HiTechElectronic says:

If the wiring is the same you should be able to do it and you also need a GPS antenna. But I would suggest upgrade to an after-market navigation unit made by Alpine or Pioneer to get the latest technology if you are not concerned about the original look.

charles mcgruder says:

i have a 2005 300c can i change the stock radio with a stock chrysler Nav , that i might buy off ebay from a 2006 300c

HiTechElectronic says:

After-market recommended.

HiTechElectronic says:

You have to install an after-market navigation system for your car. Late model Chrysler navigation won’t power up in older model Chrysler, It requires a data line from the vehicle.

jams775 says:

can you put a nav. system in a 1999 300,if so does it wire the same as uninstale

alain fortin says:

300c not 300m

HiTechElectronic says:

Yes, you could buy it from Chrysler Dealer.

ifang2 says:

Thanks for the video! Do you know if sirius radio can be added to that unit if I dont have it?

HiTechElectronic says:

Yes, it can be repaired.

mrandmrssanusi says:

can it be repaired or i have to buy a new set of navigation system? I have one now, it works (radio, cd’s) but the screen is blank. thank you!

mrandmrssanusi says:

i just want to know after removing the navigation can it be repaired?

HiTechElectronic says:

If it is for the same year as your car then it should work even the plug but you need to install a GPS antenna also.
