I had this exact same problem. When I tapped the blower motor, it started blowing again. However, when I turn off the car and turn it back on, the blower doesn’t blow again. I have to tap it every time I turn on the car. Does that mean I have to replace the blower motor?

Yea. I will be doing a video on the steps..i give it a 7 out of 10 on difficulty. It took 2 hours to replace. But hey no more problems

Thanks! My 2003 T&C does the exact same thing you mention, and you pretty much confirmed what I already knew, but wanted to hear it from someone else before I go ahead and start hitting things and replacing the blower motor myself. Going to go take a look now!

Thanks for the videos you put out there. They help a lot. I do have a problem that you may be able to help me with. I also have a town & country but mine is a 2003. I’m having a problem with my A/C. I have the dual zone control for the front driver and passenger. If I have the temp set to max cold for both only the air coming from the passenger vents is coming out cold. The driver side is more like Luke warm. Any ideas what it might be and what I can do to fix it. Any help would be greatly appr
