Thank you for that i just got a 2012 Chrysler but my screen is blank… hopefully I can replace it myself
Thanks for the video. The dealership was going to charge me $500 to replace. Ordered off Ebay for $91. The plastic panel rivets cost $9 @ o'Reilly. *Arizona heat disclaimer * It gets so hot that the rubber gasket fused to the light. Had to pry off with screwdriver. Some small breaks in lip of light. I think it will be alright.
Is it possible to change the camera without removing the whole housing?
https://www.4shared.com/s/fuyeD1T4Bea
just did everything up to the part at 3:00 Cant remove the earth (green and yellow) wire socket from its housing. Really annoying, cos it means it dangles the whole time while unmounting the camera and re-fitting the new one
Does the seal just stick back on?
I have a 2011… and my problem is that the lines are crooked. So if I park using them I am always parked at a steep angle.
How much was it?
