I start pulling the dash apart at 3:45 if you wanna skip the beginning. In this video i install a double din alpine head unit without an aftermarket wiring harness. This Chrysler 300 has the base model stereo. if you have a different model with a different stereo i can still help you, leave a comment with your question and i will try to answer right away. i installed it this way to avoid purchasing the aftermarket wiring harness, because im cheap hahaha lol.

One question … the aftermarket harness comes with two yellow wires and two black wires … can they be attached to the wires of the same color from my car (2006 Chevrolet 300 base) ???

Hey got a question I hooked up a aftermarket head unit in my wife's 2007 chrysler 300 and I cannot get the sub to deliver sound with a loc converter and I tried str8 from the aftermarket headunit I have power to the amp and its a brand new kicker sub and I'm getting nowhere any advice

My car is exactly the same, I can’t find a wire harness for the life of me. There’s no god damn factory amp. There isn’t no damn steering wheel controls. Yet all these wire harness are made for it. It’s a simple plug in, yet I can’t find one that fits the wiring set up. PISSED!
