Chrysler will not fix anything for free. If you get replacements, obtain the type that have grease fittings. They are better than the originals.

if they are recalls is there a certain amount of miles or time you have to replace them? does chrysler fix it at a discount or free?

georgana bond says:

well these have a recall on them including the lower arm

I would a waterproof automotive type grease with the needle adapter on the end of the grease gun, so you can get inside the bushing. Without seeing or hearing it, I think it would be a bushing versus a tie-rod or a ball-joint.

Great Job man!! I really enjoy watching your videos, you are very good. One question, I own a 2002 sebring conv lxi, after replacing both rear suspension arms and the front right lower “A” arm, i can hear a squeaking noise, on the left side, any tips or ideas?? I have removed the wheel to check for the obvious, use a bit of wd40 but the noise still there. I would relly appreciatte if you can guide me a bit where to look and the type of grease i need to lubricate the bushings…

Glad to see like your Sebring convertible. I have several videos on some typical things to watch for. This video goes over the common stuff. It’s simple after the little tricks are known. watch?v=Js76ITIUEeY

Thanks for posting. Just bought a 1998 Sebring convertible – just always wanted a convertible. It leaks oil somewhere and it had a couple dents that I pulled out (PDR kit from fee-bay), and it needs a new battery. It is a hobby/project car, so I want to do it myself. Car has no rust which is amazing for Eastern Canda. Greetings from Newfoundland Canada.

Nice job! Thanks. I have to do this today and this helps. I like your
quick “no nonsense” approach. Just enough information. (The editing you did afterwards is slick too) Do you take requests? I have this Escort……. just kidding.
