use an anti-seeze lube on the caliper bracket bolts and tighten to 130

Kevin McNeese says:

another surprise…must use a 19mm wrench to hold the inside of the caliper
bolt. Otherwise it will spin with no result.

Kevin McNeese says:

pinch the brake line while compressing the caliper piston and force the
brake fluid through the bleeder valve to avoid potential damage to the ABS
system.

fegoodgirl says:

Is this the same steps as chevy trailblazer 2006?

biggcity704 says:

this video helps a lot and what size are the bolts

Pete Moss says:

2carpros – don’t you use a little grease on the retainer clips or the
caliper slide pins ?

2CarPros says:

You can use grease on the caliper slide pins if needed. We do not recommend
using grease when doing this repair, If any amount of grease gets on a
brake pad it causes contamination ruining the pad. Do not put grease on
retainer clips which hold the brake pads.
