Great job. I got it done step by step. Thanks

@SirF4rtBox says:

The 2014 Silverado 1500 uses EPS, does this still apply to that? If so what's the key difference?

@madetohelpyou says:

Great video. Showing everything is always a plus

@oclaothug69 says:

Had a question my steering rack boot exploded when I turn my steering is this a bad rack or bad steering pump?

@downjesse says:

How do you program the new one?

@bigmoney946 says:

The seals referenced at the 13 min mark are GM part number 26100863. They cost anywhere from $12-14 each.

@oftengruntled5432 says:

About the seals around 13 minutes in, do those typically come with a new rack and pinion or do they need to be bought separately?

@chethammer says:

Looks more involved than I thought. Without a lift it would be a nightmare to get that done. Had my replaced at the dealer last year and now I have to get it done again. Under warranty, thank goodness.

@aardvark237 says:

2014 Silverado's don't have reservoirs. There electric steering.

@montelswick7131 says:

What are the symptoms with bad rack pinion causes something all of sudden out of the blues I just made a sharp right hand u turn and bam it's like the steering got stupid with jerking as you try turning the wheels .any clues pal.

@Locochon1 says:

If you have the towing package on your truck it is a different rack and pinion. Remember that. Original Part # is : 19330567 if you have tow pkg

@brosephscags5745 says:

This job any different for a 4×4?
