TRIP says:

Purchased the front driverside and it still not working. Master switch works when rolling down/up on all of the 3 other windows.
When I try the front driverside the up/down button makes a light clicking noise. Can I have a short in the wire harness. And yes I took the master switch apart and cleaned it. Still same problem
Any advice please??
Thanks

What if the window is off track?

Leon White says:

I wouldn't buy this part from these guys unless you are absolutely sure that is your problem because you won't be able to return it. I purchased this part for my 2011 suburban only to discover that it did not fix my issue. The issue was the switch and not the regulator. I contacted their customer service department and asked them if I could return the part for a company credit because it was my mistake and was told no because it is an electrical part. So now I am stuck with a 54 dollar mistake. I guess you learn by the things that cost you money.

Bobby Stapleton says:

Hey,, do you all have a version of this for the window motor only? Or should you always replace the whole assembly like this?
