Can you start putting a link for these parts . You can’t even be a Amazon affiliate to help the channel and us
I love your videos. My 2014 Cruze has sprung I think it's 4th leak in 2 years (all in different places) and I've watched your videos to fix each one. This time, the lower hose from the coolant reservoir is leaking. I'm going to replace the reservoir when I replace the hose but my question is about the hose itself. Do you have any tips (or a video) on replacing it? The connection where it goes in to the firewall looks a little unusual.
Give me a link to buy Water reseruar
Thanks saved me money in 2021 tough getting new car this two years old and helped me today
Repaired with no issues. Thank you. Saved me a trip to the mechanics.
Nice and neat…. Thanks for this video
Question: Every 10/15 days the coolant reservoir is low to empty. I see no signs of any leak anywhere. I followed the hoses , and checked the area of the water pump and thermostat, still I don't see any signs of a leak. Any recommendations of what it could be? By the way videos are excellent , step by step tutorials. Thank you.
Thanks for sharing My husband and I have a 2016 chevy cruze and it is got a slow leak of antifreeze from one of the hoses I believe Cost to fix it at mechanic is over 300 dollars this is a easy fix and way cheaper to do yourself. 🙂
Add me to the list! I am constantly working on my cruze. Thank goodness for guys like you. I can't believe how cheaply made this car is made!!! They cheaply design it but still charge a crazy amount. They cry poor constantly and I don't know how?? It's not due to making a solid vehicle!!! Thanks again Michael!
its says that part doesn't fit my 2012 cruze
Can I do this instead of flushing the coolant?
Hey Michael, does this Dorman Overflow Res.Tank come with the pressure release plastic 'hockey stick' like insert ??
– that is located on the RHS of the GM tank … near that metal fastening clamp that you removed with the hook tool.
Or does this Dorman design NOT have this feature at all ?
After you installed the new Dorman tank it doesnt appear to have it ??
Thanks for the great instructional videos too, great for us 'Holden Cruze' owners 'Down Under' in Australia … cheers Mate !
Thanks for recommending the Dorman part because sometimes they’re parts don’t match the quality of OEM
Great video and useful tips
Hey Michael I just wanted to say thanks for the helpful video I’ve literally never fixed anything in a car before and I managed to follow this video with such great ease to fix this stupid problem, saved me money and time, thank you!!!!!
Okay soo mine is leaking in 2 spots. There and alll the way in the front where the hose connects to the radiator and fan. I think the radiator is bad? And that wierd knocking nosie in the video with the whistle and bogging. I have that same sound but the engine light is on? Suggestions?
