Got done spending 30 minutes trying to just get the assembly out. I used
the vehicle manual as the guide. Guide not clear at all concerning the 2
fastener clips. What a waste of time. After viewing your video, got the
assembly out and bulb out in less than 5 minutes. Now I can replace the
bulb myself instead of having to pay what probably would be an overblown
price at the dealer and the local mechanic. Thank you Alex.

are concerned.

joe stacey says:

siempresola77 says:

do you have to disconnect the battery before changing the bulbs??? im such
a girl.. but chevy said it would be $300 to change $10 bulbs… ummm no…
i will try myself damnit lol

Bill Koncelik says:

Thanks Alex, your video was a big help!

Alex Amaral says:

Check the edge where the bumper cover surrounds the headlight. If the
headlight is positioned in such a way that it’s actually behind the bumper
cover, it makes this more difficult. In this case I would try to push the
edge of the bumper down so that it allows the headlight to slide forward
enough to disengage the clips under the light. Mine sometimes catch on this
edge, but once I push the bumper down a bit it pops out.

Metalrican101 says:

It’s not really needed, but you can if you want to.

Akalashnik1 says:

Idk if you know but, I had my grille removed an cant seem to get it back in
correctly. There’s just about half an inch of it not fitting right back in
with the middle clips. Idk what’s getting in the way. But most importantly
because of that I can’t put the Chevy emblem back on cause the bolt won’t
reach all the way through for the nuts to grab ahold of them. :/ help?

Eliud Sena says:

You have a vid of How to install the HIDS?

Alex Amaral says:

@THEROMANGNOME I no longer have the lights in the video but they used H1
bulbs when I had them.
