Enjoyed the video. very useful as I have same situation with installed
storm window. Is there enough move to keep the storm window on? or does it
need to come out. I would rather keep the storm window if I can as it may
help with road noise.

particle board that extends under the frame to the outside of the jam as
well which the siding is tacked onto? Thanks!
