I’ve watched several vids on how to measure but this was the ticket…very
well explained
can I replace the two double hung windows with one large window?
Don’t forget your sill expander Vance!!!!
Hey Dan..exceptional job on demonstrating window replacement and
installation. You can really tell you know what you are doing. Do you
replace all types of windows? My wife an I have been thinking about
purchasing new vinyl replacement windows for some time now. Excellent
description and explanation on vinyl window replacement and how to measure
everything correctly so the job is done right on the first shot..way to go
Bro..
Very nice video on demonstrating the correct way to install replacement
windows. Correct opening measurement is crucial from stop to stop. Great
job explaining the procedure of window replacement for vinyl windows…well
done..loved the video
Great job in expelling, I am going to try replace my windows by my self. 🙂
Thank you!
Thanks, nice walk through on how to measure, I was a little unsure but you
have confirmed that I was doing it correctly.
Enjoyed the video. very useful as I have same situation with installed
storm window. Is there enough move to keep the storm window on? or does it
need to come out. I would rather keep the storm window if I can as it may
help with road noise.
Useful vid – but you say to take off 1/2″ from the height when ordering the
window in the video, but you say take of 1/4″ in your text. ?
EXCELLENT How-To-Video! It was key to go over 2 or 3 x’s, in detail,
crucial points. Much appreciated.
Great reference! Question: Normally, is it standard to have only siding
covering the space under the frame, or is there boards, or plywood, or
particle board that extends under the frame to the outside of the jam as
well which the siding is tacked onto? Thanks!
Seriously????!!!!! Ever hear of emotion or inflection???? “hey folks, today
we’re going to talk about killing your parents……. You start
with……..” all monotone…….this is the worst……. How to……..
EVER!
DONT FUCK IT UP VANCE
Your a natural at talking through this process. You should keep doing
instructional videos. With everything out there it is hard to find slow and
thorough instruction. Thank you!
why do you remove the inside stop
that was entirely too long on how to measure.
In the video.r.u saying 3/4in or 3 1/4 inches? Good video
