The intake manifold coupler gets replaced in this 2003 Cadillac STS.
This is some really old footage that I found and now that I have a channel to upload it to I decided to do so. This fixed the hesitation at idle and stumbling on take off that was caused by a huge vacuum leak in the rubber part of the plenum. This also works on other vehicles that use this same part that often fails. Also the intake gaskets and throttle body gasket was replaced as well since the intake was removed to access the plenum boot. Any vehicle with a 4.6l northstar this applies to.

I got high rpm idle and surging going on after the motor warms up. I can hear alot air right after the throttle body…
