I just chased this around the same problem on my 93. It's not as cut and dry as you make it as you need to go check out the back ones as well. My dash lights would go out when I put on my brakes and the right side wouldn't blink at all. I bought enough new sockets to redo the whole car but tried 2357 bulbs instead of 1157. It is working now but I am going to go around the entire car to check the ground tabs. These old Caddies were built to be cool for 10 years and then they turn into over engineered GM cars. I love my Caddie but some shit is too complicated.
To who ever posted below about the location of the flasher…it's behind the panel in front of your knees. overly complicated.

I need to know how to locate my flasher unit on my 93 fleetwood brougham. Do you know where it is?
