Truck’s in the shop, and while driving my grandmothers car, I started having issues with the Cue System. Pretty simple and straight forward. This could save you a trip to the dealership.
Open Cue Door Compartment
Kill the car
Open driver door, leave open for 30-60 seconds
Close door
Close Cue door
Start car.

If all these Cadillac cue systems have problems on all these models including mine, why is there no recall??? We paid so much money to have a Cadillac car and this should not be the customers problem to repair when all these systems malfunctioning

Does anyone know how to reset cue on a 2012 cts? I get a faint beep every 10 seconds and have heard it’s due to a cue issue.
Thanks, my Cue screen as been frozen for about three months and they tell me at the dealership it will cost me a $125.00 get it checked out to see what the problem is.
