Russell Hltn says:

I disagree with your analysis on one point: after passing though the ignition switch, the power does go back under the hood. So an under hood problem can blow the fuse (if the car is on).

Ric Anderson says:

Ooh, piston McNuggets! Yum!

ezee dazit says:

anyone else finds this awesome ? Sweet vid bro , keep'em comin' A L A and S M A , and PHAD , 3 of my faves

Bill Rimmer says:

Super job!!

HouseCallAutoRepair says:

Just think… You've got half of the diag already done, if it pops the fuse again. But then again, maybe they normally never use what blew it, and it wont blow for a few years….

Living Plan B says:

Thank you for the wireing diagram lesson. Keep them up. It made sense when u taught it.

Stealth G35 Infiniti says:

Eric one thing you might consider when working with blown fuse circuits is the use of a clamp on ammeter. The circuit should be running near 50% or less of the rated fuse. If you see it running 90% or so, something is failing and with time will blow the fuse.

David McClain says:

Great job and thanks for the videos

DeafAuto says:

Another great video. Always educational. Love how you explain!

Dependable Auto Truck says:

have mentioned this once before when your videos start music is really loud then when you start talking much lower i listen with headphones if i set volume for voice music blows me away

Gervasio Do Rosario says:

Electric genius right here for real. This is my first comment in regards to your channel. I've been watching your diagnostic process and determination of faults and it's just amazing. Keep it up man, if you ever throw a course online or what not please post it; I'd love to join. I am a mechanic myself and basic electrical diagnosis is what I can do but this is a little more in-depth. Would I have figured it out? Yes but this just seemed so quick and easy.

Dencio Z says:

Man educational or entertaining are understatement, you’re awesome man. I wish I have the talent like yours. Thumbs up.

Jag says:

Where do you usually bring wiring diagram for any automotive electrical components!?

Michael Shadwick says:

I think this will lead me to getting the key out of my Aveo!

HUBBABUBBA DOOPYDOOP says:

Could the key lock (solenoid) failing cause a short to blow fuse?
Examine old part?

airborne63 says:

So, the defective solenoid likely either shorted, or drew too much current. Great diag. Thanks.

Shoaib Hassan says:

Love from Pakistan I love the way you explain every little thing thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Steven Latham says:

I wish you could post more often, I understand you’re busy though.
Do you think the bad key lock actuator could have popped the fuse?

HUBBABUBBA DOOPYDOOP says:

That ANCEL tester appeared to have the functions of several devices,
all included into one small unit. Amazing capability.
