I disagree. The FWD system was the downfall of the Sevilles. The had all this power and great handling systems but the FWD layout is what held them back.

It depends on what’s broken, most parts are interchangeable on GM cars so though it’s a Cadillac you could buy a part from Pontiac to fix it. However if something Cadillac specific brakes such as the self adjusting rear suspension on a Seville, then it will cost a lot more then replacing the rear suspension on say a La Sabre of a similar year.
