Hey bro is this light suppose to been on when u unlock the car and when u drive around right??? When I press the break they turn on but I swear they was on when I unlock the car or drive?

I have a question. zi am s female who likes to learn about doing things to my car on my own. what I want to know is, uou ssid you ordered the piece in line. so dors that mean I will be replacing the whole red light bar after it is unscrewed apart or just the bulbs?
