Hi I have the same car but without the digital gauge cluster but my car has
recently started to back fire and stall a little not when I’m on the
highway going about 30 or 40 and my car isn’t giving me any codes about it
so I was wondering if u had any ideas about it?
@bustitellis i know E52 means battery reset if it’s been connected or
somethin those other codes google them online, that’s what i did. For
example: 1992 cadillac E99 code

Neutral starter safety switch failure F48 – Air Condition Fault – Low
Refrigerant did you disconnect the battery recently? E52 is just letting
you know the battery was disconnected. or you may want to check fuses which
could make the the car think the battery was disconnected.
if i have a bad bcm would it effect the was my car runs??? my problem is my
stereo does not work, my air blower stays on until battery is dead, and
when i drive i cant press down the gas pedal to low cuz it starts stalling
and sometimes turns off?? please help!
About every two weeks, a small “d” appears on panel and defroster fan comes
on. Fuel panel goes dark and no climate control buttons will work. Car runs
and radio works. I disconnect neg battery, reconnect and all is good for a
week or two. 92 sedan 4.9 PFI, 153,000 mi. Any comments? kennyq52@yahoo.com
This video is good but not satisfying. I want to add something: Off + Hi
will erase only ECM codes (E.x.x), for BCM codes (F.x.x) erasing you need
to use Off + Lo. Another thing would be that if you want to know your car
good you need the FSM. You’ll learn there’re many modes in the computer
system where diagnostics of certain components can be done in real time.
You can read and be able to interpret data from every sensor on your car.
On my 1989 Deville clearing BCM codes seemed to restore a/c compressor
function. System was going strait to econ when pressing the a/c button.
Cleared BCM codes by pressing off and LO three seconds.
i have a 1993 cadillac deville, i owned it for about year and a half and my
data center and fuel odometer blinks even when i have gas in tank, and
sometimes it will stay off for about 20 seconds…would you have any idea
what the problem is and why it does that?
I have a 92 sedan deville and periodicly my rear end will make a popping
sound when I start and turn off the car can anyone tell me what they think
this is? Oh yea it started after I had passenger side rear jacked up to fix
my fuel tank strap
I own a 93 caddy deville and im having a problem if im driving it its ok
but if I come to a stop sign or red light it will shut completely off and I
have ro put it back and park and start it up again if any one can tell me
wat makes it do this I would be very thx full because I rhoufhr it was in
need of a tune up I gor rhat done and its still doing it smh!!!!
@burjoks thanks, i actually found out that these kodes were just stored
from when I had previous troubles with my kar but they are resovled now and
all kodes are kleared!

my 92 cadillac does not show oil life. is there something wrong with it? or
is that only for the touring edition?

to own, so far.
Does this work with the sts 1992 even tho the inside is diffrent?

I had a 91 Deville just like that i sold it a few months ago, i now own a
1987 Sedan Deville w/ 80,000 miles and it’s in pristine condition.

Idle Speed Control (ISC) motor rpm out of range… thats what the book
says.. not idea how to fix it though 🙁

ive got an E27, E39, E85. and a F46! my throttle must be messed up like
crazy!
