I’ll bet that choking out and sputtering is a worn timing chain and gear. The timing gear on these engines is plastic….yikes.

Just needs a catless exhaust, a supercharger, maybe a turbo 350 and a full roll cage wouldn’t hurt! Haha, jk, but it sounds a bit better than before!
