clicking noise from drivers side front but only when it’s snow or raining
outside I’ve replaced axel twice and the hub once and it still does it any
advice for a non mechanic
Is all the torque wrench spec is specific to this vehicle?, or is it
universal?
I have a loud humming sound coming from my right wheel, which increases as
I speed up and it also decreases as I slow down. How do I know that my
bearing on the front of the vehicle needs to be replace
how do you measure foot pounds without a torque wrench?
Alas I have been denied the luxury of such a mystical godlike tool!!!
this is an excellent video, thanks!!!
Hi Dan. You’ll need a torque wrench. They’re often on sale at Harbor
Freight for around $15. Cheers.
hoe does he measure footpounds when tightening?
Su bienvenida. Cheers
muy buen video, excelente la explicación es muy clara, otros videos solo me
confundieron ….
Glad to help, Moung. Cheers.
thanks…
Hi Leslie. That’s interesting. Both 2002 & 2003 model years use the same
wheel bearing. I wonder if harsh winters have anything to do with it. Glad
you were successful.
I watched your video and figured it would be a straight forward procedure.
I have 2003 Buick LeSabre and live in Minnesota if that makes a difference.
When I got the 3 bolts out holding the assembly in, in didn’t just slide
out like the video. It split into and the back half was stuck good. We made
a jimmy rigged puller and tightened the axle nut and the axle pushed the
back half out. Wasn’t so straight forward but the video let me know what I
had to do to get the assembly out.
This guy really loves his pipe.
Glad to help, Razster
Thank you, saved me a lot of guess work.
Thank you.
Very clear, we’ll made video
Glad to help, Janto
Great video man……helped me alot
lol i wish european makes would use this kind of bearing design, not
pressed in bearings….this would make my job sooo much easier.
Haven’t replaced one on a Tahoe but by the looks of it the procedure is
similar.
Glad to help, CaliforniaCarpenter7.
Thanks, Casey. Glad to help

Oh, man. I wish it was this easy on my Saturn. I have to take the whole
damn steering knuckle off O,o Great information, though. Thanks for sharing~
Thanks, Nico. What year is your Tahoe?
Wow, very easy to understand, however is it the same process for a Chevy
Tahoe 4 wheel drive?
Glad to help, Rayos. Cheers
