Is all the torque wrench spec is specific to this vehicle?, or is it
universal?

Hi Dan. You’ll need a torque wrench. They’re often on sale at Harbor
Freight for around $15. Cheers.

Hi Leslie. That’s interesting. Both 2002 & 2003 model years use the same
wheel bearing. I wonder if harsh winters have anything to do with it. Glad
you were successful.

Leslie Smith says:

I watched your video and figured it would be a straight forward procedure.
I have 2003 Buick LeSabre and live in Minnesota if that makes a difference.
When I got the 3 bolts out holding the assembly in, in didn’t just slide
out like the video. It split into and the back half was stuck good. We made
a jimmy rigged puller and tightened the axle nut and the axle pushed the
back half out. Wasn’t so straight forward but the video let me know what I
had to do to get the assembly out.
