My brothers 97 Buick Lesabre had 3 of the 4 rear subframe bushings rust out and fall off. Here’s what I did to fix it.

Ha! You guys sure get the last ounce of use out of those buicks…sure
beats a car payment for sure.
If I remember right, the last time you had to replace those bushings, you
used the cover of an old hard drive which was stainless to cover the
hole……
Ive seen that here, I even have a video, the whole rear half of the
subframe let go.
I think we all say that, one more year! lol
Old Hockey pucks work great for body mount repairs, leaving the hole Lazy
lazy ! Should’ve at least greased up the hole & use some spare tin and
rivet it shut ! Just busting your stones!!!!
The same thing happened to my car. Except all four on the back let go and
pulled the steering column out of the steering rack and I lost steering and
went into a ditch. It was a fun ride
Your brother could use some tires from one of your buicks.
So you drive around on bald summer tires during winter? Yikes!
Really another 97 lesabre?
