great idea. tried this with my brother’s GF’s caddi seville with the same
problem. it looked like it was a bad vacuum module that actuated the
internal door. dealer wanted $800 to fix it………like just because you
own a caddi means you got money to throw away….ha ha.

Did the same thing on my brown ’74 Country Squire wagon back in the ’80s.
BTW, my friends named it the “Wagon Queen Family Truckster”.

I have a 99 Lesabre and this vid helped me fix my car. The blend door was
stuck dead center so I did the same thing, a piece of wire and a little
duck tape and now I have AC and Heat.

Looks like a decent interior, more GM interiors are junk. There motors and
trannys are good, but the interior are normally junk.

Im the 1998 s10 blazer i had, it had climate control but the computer went
bad, so my uncle and i wired in the motor to a toggle switch, so you got up
for hot and down for cold
