This video shows you how to install a new made to fit TRQ transmission mount on your 2008-2017 Buick Enclave 3.6L V6. Like many other load bearing parts on your vehicle, the transmission mount contains rubber bushings for smooth, comfortable driving. And like other parts, the rubber bushings can wear and rot over time. It’s a good idea to replace them when that happens.
This repair was done on a 2014 Buick Enclave Premium 3.6L Sport Utility 4-Door AWD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:

Forget touching the motor mounts like in other videos. This method worked great. Dont jack the tranny until the top tranny mount bolt & the top right bracket mount are off.
This video is different than the other TRQ trans mount replacement video for the same platform (Chevy Traverse, GM Lambda platform) from 3 years ago.
I used this new procedure very successfully on a 2014 Traverse. Just be careful with the crowbar.
What may make the removal difficult is when the old mount is broken in half (where the aluminum housing meets the steel base). Because of it being broken in half, I had to knock them out with a drill hammer. Getting the new one in was tricky, especially when installing and torquing the lower rear bracket bolt, which is behind the mount. However, using the method in this video, I was able to torque all three, just with swivel extensions.
But, this is the best method for removal and installation.
What are the symptoms of a bad trans mount? I'm getting a clunk when accelerating from a stop, can't tell if it trans or motor mount…
