Good work as usual Jim. I work PT at a buddies auto parts store and I can’t
buy an interstate battery at cost as cheap as I can at Costco ,and their
interstate rebadged Kirkland . They only sell the equivalent in a MTP. It’s
real odd to me how people will not ever change a battery till the I’m
stupid light appears on the dash. I change every them every 4 years and
trying to get the customers to do so also is impossible until they have to
pay for a tow and some of them fried the alternator as well. They say why
change a battery it’s running good so I ask them , why don’t you stop
changing your oil if it’s still running good, see how you make out :)

Good job +jimthecarguy. Look into a DLC memory saver. No need to turn the
key on and stuff with those ones. Goes from jumper box to DLC. Hey what
ever happen to the Group 75 and 78 huh? Now we got this silly H6 or what
ever the hell it is that cost like $175 … real good GM.

George Heri says:

That sure is a strange arrangement, For a battery that sits in an easy
location it looks like a task to remove it. Jim I’m using a jump box like
you but have a plug to go into the dlc connector. So far it seems to work.
Thanks for the video keep up the good work.
